FrancesHUGHES(nee Palmer) Passed away, after a short illness at home, surrounded by her family on Sept 22, aged 74 years, will be sadly missed by her broken-hearted family; husband Steve, Mum to Juliet, Liz and Anth, Mum-in-law to Hywel, Paul and Karen and Grandma to Ellie and Libby, Phoebe, Harriet and Martha, whom she adored. Resting at James Summers & Son, Lavernock Court, Penarth until the funeral service at the Briwnant Chapel, Thornhill on Monday Oct 6 at 10.30am. Please meet us at Thornhill and dress to be comfortable, Mum had no preference for everyone to wear black.
